SEC Shorts Release New Skit After Week One
How conference teams were portrayed by SEC Shorts following Week One.
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Celebration of college football’s return means more content from the always funny SEC Shorts staff.
Week One provided plenty of content from the newly expanded 16-member Southeastern Conference with Texas and Oklahoma now tagging along. Vanderbilt were portrayed as kings of the weekend after defeating ACC darkhorse Virginia Tech in Nashville 34-27.
Missouri started the reel speaking with Kentucky bragging about its lack of entertaining offense with Kentucky.
Then, Arkansas is featured in the next scene with a picture of Bobby Petrino in a neck brace telling anyone that would listen that the Razorbacks have its swagger back.
Tennessee was seen explaining how to pronounce quarterback Nico Iamaleava to Georgia. Of course, Georgia’s fanbase learned to say Tua’s last name correctly after 2nd-and-26.
Oklahoma was shown having a little SEC in them after all grading its own depth chart. While tenured SEC programs Texas A&M and Florida spent time being tutored about how to run effective offenses.
The conference produced six offenses that scored 60 or more points over the weekend which is a record during the AP-poll era for blowouts in one week.SEC FEED:
