Former Tennessee quarterback flies into town to cheer on alma mater in major SEC basketball game

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Even though Josh Dobbs performed heroics on the field, his IQ off the field might be higher as he pilots his own jet. He showed up for Tennessee’s basketball game Saturday as he enjoys the NFL offseason.

Former Tennessee Volunteers quarterback Josh Dobbs, has always been fascinated by the mechanics of engineering and airplanes. Not only can he get it done on the field, he also became a licensed pilot while earning a degree in aerospace engineering while a student at Tennessee.
On January 5th we watched Josh Dobbs throw for 325 yards, 2 Passing Touchdowns, and a Rushing Touchdown.
Today he is flying planes for leisure.
