Ex-Georgia Quarterback Sees Bulldogs’ Memorabilia Price Slashes

ATHENS, Ga. — As the weather enters spring, Georgia prepares to rid its inventory of potential losses.
That also includes football gear, shirts, sweaters and such that represent quarterback Carson Beck’s gear going for 25% off. Memories over the past two season which includes one playoff appearance are gone now as he decided to flee for a major payday down the road at ACC member Miami.
With senior quarterback Gunner Stockton expected to take over as Georgia’s full-time starter, the campus bookstore is ready to do some spring cleaning.

Beck’s gear is likely going to be a hard sell which includes some of his NIL merchandise and jerseys, gear that Georgia fans would have stood in miles long line for before his UCL injury that ended his season. Most fans expected Beck to depart for the NFL Draft rather than enter the transfer portal market after a down year to Bulldogs’ standard.
The 6-foot-4 senior completed 65% of his passes for 3,485 yards, 28 touchdowns to 12 interceptions, missing the mark he set as a junior in 2023. Beck threw for 3,941 yards, 24 touchdowns but only six interceptions in 2023.
College football’s landscape is everchanging with NIL, agents and more motivating an unstable atmosphere turning into chaos this offseason. Beck is expected to start for the Hurricanes this fall and earn around $4 million thanks to his name, image and likeness.
