One of the top offensive lineman in the nation in Terrance Smith continues to be among the best available recruits in the country for 2027.
The 6-foot-6, 250-pound 4-star holds offers from more than 30 schools and has begun the process of winding his recruitment down with the intention of wrapping things up with a commitment this summer.
Smith announced his top 12 in August, but with coaching changes galore across college football, he announced a final seven, which includes several SEC teams moving forward.
Among those are Auburn, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Ohio State, Rutgers, and Tennessee. While he has yet to take a trip to Athens to see coach Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs, Smith is expected to be in town in March.
He was able to make time for unofficial visits at Auburn, LSU and Florida last month.
“I’ll see Georgia in March,” he told Rivals on Sunday. “I lived in Georgia for a little while, and everybody knows what Georgia is about. I haven’t been there yet, but Georgia is Georgia.”
Smith is ranked as the No. 238 recruit for 2027, No. 12 among offensive lineman and No. 9 prospect from Pennsylvania, according to 247Sports.
He also had offers from Alabama, Boston College, Duke, Florida State, Pitt, Virginia Tech, Notre Dame, South Carolina, Tennessee and many others.
